We had room service due to late arrival. Order was attended to asap as we had requested, delivery and room attendant was very polite and helpful. On arrival the doorman Wass very helpful and showed us how to use lifts etc. equally as polite and helpful was the receptionist who checked us in.

Beds were really comfortable, Staff was always very friendly and helpful. We loved the lunchtime buffet (great range, excellent taste and quality), very reasonably priced for inhouse guests. The pool was big and warm.

Very stylish, comfortable rooms and common areas. The pool is huge and the entire outside area beautiful, the gym very spacious and modern. The staff was extremely helpful. The shuttle service to the airport is also a big plus.

What a wonderful resort - fantastic facilities in a green oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely helpful staff and we really appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Marina Bay Sands, late checkout, bag storage and the ability to have a shower to freshen up for our flight after we had technically checked out. Particularly loved the pool, excellent gym and the different restaurants (don’t miss The Nest for the views!).

Attentive and friendly staff. Great place to watch airplanes right from the poolside. ;) We loved the breakfast buffet.

The property is beautiful, relatively smaller than I had expected. Pools are stunning, and the rooms are large. Restaurants on site are a nice touch as well. Loved the room service and proximity from the airport. The hotel is also 20 minutes or so from garden bay, so it was very centrally located between the airport and tourist attractions. Getting a taxi is easy and the concierge is helpful with booking transport if needed. The staff was great and upgraded me to a room away from the construction.

The hotel is superb. Our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant.
